INDUSTRY SPONSORED SYMPOSIUM
INDUSTRY SUPPORTED SYMPOSIUM | $45,000

Industry Supported Symposia (ISS) provide organizations with a unique opportunity to present educational programming to Annual Meeting attendees during dedicated meal periods. The AAGP Annual Meeting is expected to welcome approximately 1,000 clinicians, researchers, educators, and healthcare professionals with a shared commitment to advancing geriatric mental health.
Attendance at individual Industry Supported Symposia varies based on several factors, including the educational topic, faculty, promotional efforts, and overall program relevance. AAGP does not guarantee attendance for any symposium.
Each symposium is scheduled for two hours, including:
- 30 minutes for attendee registration and meal service
- 90 minutes for the educational presentation
Sponsors are encouraged to provide continuing education (CME/CE) for their symposium when appropriate.
All Industry Supported Symposia must comply with applicable ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education, as well as any relevant guidelines established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the American Medical Association (AMA), and other applicable accrediting or regulatory organizations.
