Once your Prospectus Form has been reviewed by the AAGP Executive Office, an invoice will be sent to the billing contact listed on the form.

AAGP requests payment by check or wire transfer whenever possible. Payment instructions will be included with your invoice.

After submitting payment, return to the Sponsor and Exhibitor Toolkit to upload the required documents.

The Executive Office will follow up after receiving your documents with additional information and next steps.
