**Applies to speakers who are presenting at the 2022 Annual Meeting on March 18-22. Speaker registration rates do not apply to poster presenters/authors. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by March 10, 2022. A refund of all fees, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after March 10, 2022. Submit all requests to AAGP Registration via email at registration@aagponline.org

Instructions on how to modify your registration

Login to AAGP portal here. After you login, select "My Registered Events" from the drop down menu on the right. Click on the "Details" link to view and modify the details of the 2022 Annual Meeting registration. Lastly, click on "Edit Attendee" to modify your registration for the Annual Meeting attendance type.
