Dr. Raji will present on his publication in the AJGP from 10/2023 entitled "Neuroinflammation: A Modifiable Pathway Linking Obesity\, Alzheimer's Disease\, and Depression" \nAbstract \nACCME Credit Designation Statement:\nUpdate coming \nLearning Objectives: \n\nDevelop a working mechanistic knowledge of how chronic neuroinflammation from obesity and metabolic syndrome contributes to the pathophysiology of both depression and Alzheimer's disease.\nReview past pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions aimed at reducing neuroinflammation in obesity\, depression\, and Alzheimer's disease\, as well as ongoing neuroimaging initiatives utilized to measure neuroinflammation in living persons.\n\nContinuing Education (CE) Language\n \nAmerican Association for Geriatric Psychiatry /AAGP \nAmerican Association for Geriatric Psychiatry Journal Club – Neuroinflammation in Obesity\, Alzheimer’s disease\, and Depression.\nApril 12\, 2024\nOnline \nJoint Accreditation Statement \nIn support of improving patient care\, this activity has been planned and implemented by Amedco LLC and American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry.  Amedco LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)\, the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)\, and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)\, to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.\nAmedco Joint Accreditation #4008163. \nPhysicians (ACCME) Credit Designation \nAmedco LLC designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.00 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.
