SUMMARY:AAGP Certificate Program in Geriatric Mental Health
DESCRIPTION:The AAGP Certificate Program in Geriatric Mental Health is a comprehensive\, flexible\, and self-paced educational experience designed to deepen participants’ knowledge and strengthen their clinical practice in caring for older adults. The program features 15 expert-led\, on-demand modules covering core and advanced topics in geriatric mental health\, along with monthly live office hours that provide opportunities for interactive discussion and engagement with national leaders in the field. \nDesigned for physicians\, nurse practitioners\, psychologists\, nutritionists\, and other licensed healthcare professionals\, the program allows participants to complete the educational content at their own pace. Enrollment is available exclusively to active AAGP members for a one-time fee of $500. Participants who successfully complete all 15 required modules will receive an AAGP Certificate in Geriatric Mental Health and may claim applicable continuing education credit.
